Unfortunately, no. The current safety rules issued by the authorities in the context of the pandemic do not allow us to offer public access to events in which they can interact with the players. They will have a special circuit in order to protect them. But we will definitely enjoy their game.
There will be no autographs session.
Yes. You are allowed to bring any compact cameras or GoPros. You are not allowed to bring any DSLR or professional camera and camera gear with you.
The use of mobile phones and tablets is forbidden near the tennis courts during a match. We’ll ask you to put your phones on silent mode during the matches.
You are allowed to bring compact cameras; lighters, GoPro cameras, selfie sticks (small and lightweight), external battery packs, medication, insulin, medical drops, inhalers, medical products are permitted if you can present a prescription or medical letter to support them. You will be allowed to bring only a dose needed for one day.
You will not be allowed to bring with you drugs, bottles (including perfume and deodorant bottles), backpacks or pouches larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12cm, food and drinks, lasers, knives, guns, other blunt objects, animals, umbrellas (if it rains, we recommend the use of raincoats), flammable or explosive materials, any type of professional photo or video camera, any type of DSLR, any type of object that could hurt other players or spectators.
As with any big event, you will have a bracelet that you can add to your personal collection as a memory. Winners Open branded products can be won if you participate in contests organized on our social channels, Facebook and Instagram. Stay tuned!
In order to gain access to the tournament you’ll need to show proof that you are on the day 15 to 180 of the SARS-CoV-2 infection or proof of vaccination (at least 10 days after the second vaccine shot) in form of an EU Certificate.
PCR tests or antigen tests are not accepted.
You should also have your ID with you.
You are not allowed to bring any food or drinks with you. On the tournament’s premises, there will be vendors selling food and drinks. If you show up to the security checkpoint with a bottle of water, we’ll open it, take the bottle cap and let you in.
The access point to the tournament premises – BT Arena is available from the entrance facing Splaiul Independenței street. The adress is Uzinei Electrice street in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the competition based on the current rules and regulations made by the Romanian authorities. We’ll let you know as soon as anything changes.
We ask you to please leave your animals and plants at home.
Yes. Food will be available at the food court.
If there will be available tickets you will be able to purchase them onsite.
Yes, there will be a certified medical personnel team onsite.
Yes. Wheelchair assistance will be available. Ask any of the Superbet Volunteers for support.
Yes. There will be a merchandise stand available on premises.
Yes. The competition will be broadcasted on Digi Sport TV, Look TV and primaplay.ro platform.

Smoking is prohibited at the Transylvania Open. This includes alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor.
Parking spaces will be available in the BT Arena Parking. Another available parking space is the Cluj Arena Parking or Horia Demian Sports hall's Parking Area.
Yes. Every person with a ticket for the main court will be able to watch matches from the second
court. The seats on the second court are not linked with the number of your ticket. You’ll be able
to seat anywhere you want on the second court, respecting all the health rules and regulations
No. We recommend you leave your luggage at the hotel. BT Arena does not provide any storage space for luggage. The maximum luggage size allowed at the tournament is mentioned bellow.
