23 - 31 Oct. Cluj-Napoca
TICKETS

Transylvania Open WTA 250 will take place at BT Arena Cluj-Napoca between October 23rd and 31st and it promises to be an unforgettable tournament thanks to many top players, such as Simona Halep, Elise Mertens, Emma Raducanu, Anett Kontaveit and Paula Badosa, who have confirmed their participation.

Before purchasing a ticket, it’s good to know that:

  • According to the Romanian most recent regulations, the access indoors will be allowed only to:

1)people who are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 (if at least 10 days have passed since completing the vaccinating scheme);

2)people who have gone through the disease and who are between the 15th and the 180th day after the infection was confirmed.

  • Minors between 12 and 18 years old are allowed to attend Transylvania Open only if:

1) they were vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 and at least 10 days have passed since completing the vaccinating  scheme; or

2) they are between the 15th and the 180th day after the infection was confirmed.

  • According to current legislation, minors under 12 years old are not allowed to attend Transylvania Open 2021*.
  • The early demand exceeds the number of available tickets, so the principle “first come, first served” will be applied.
  • Any user is allowed to purchase up to 8 tickets a day.

* Any change of the official regulations will be announced and implemented at once.

Starting from October 23rd, BT Arena will host two tennis courts (Main Court and Court number 2), which will be completely separated, also from the audience perspective.

In order to comply to WTA regulations and to the Romanian government decisions, the number of available seats was reduced to less than 50% of the BT Arena capacity.

The good news is that a ticket grants access to both courts, Main Court and Court number 2.

  • We mention that, for the Main Court, the seats will have a clear layout, using the court’s specific identifiers: sector, row and seat (number).
  • The above rule does not apply for Court number 2, where the customers will have free access, maintaining the health regulations in force now.

Note!

  • Any ticket is a day ticket, not a match ticket. If a match is postponed or is to be continued the next day, you cannot attend using the same ticket.
  • A purchased ticket is non-refundable
